Centrally located in the world-renowned Niagara Region, the Niagara Central Airport is poised to grow with additional hangars, a new access road and restoration of runway 11/29 as a grass strip.
With so much to do in Niagara, visitors should plan to stay for awhile. The Niagara Region has a multitude of golf courses including 5 within a ten minute drive of the airport!
Book the COPA 149 courtesy van to avoid car rental fees. Not a golfer? How about casinos, fine dining, world-class wineries, walking tours, the Bruce Trail, Canal Days, Rose Festival, Marshville Heritage Festival, and of course, Niagara Falls and its many attractions.
Home to Niagara Skydive Centre, the 87 Eagle Squadron Air Cadets, COPA Flight 149, and the St. Catharines Flying Club, the airport also serves a multitude of clients requiring inside hangar space and outside tie-downs.
100LL AVGAS fuel is available, and the airspace is covered by a Unicom (ATF).
Two paved runways (~3500' x 100' and 2670' x 50') as well as one turf runway (2341' x 60') cover most anticipated wind directions.

Welland’s Air Cadet Squadron, 87 Eagle, is one of the original squadrons formed in Canada during 1942, and has recently celebrated its 80th anniversary. 87 Eagle squadron has been training in the airports former Fire Company #1 meeting place for over 65 years. Literally thousands of young men and women have reaped the many benefits of the Royal Canadian Air Cadet program in the old WWII-era building.
