Shared hangar storage is currently available for 2026, subject to availability, at a rate of $350/month + tax on a month-to-month basis.

Please note: This is a temporary arrangement and may be subject to cancellation with two months’ notice if a long-term tenant is secured. In such cases, aircraft may be moved to tie-down space, and a prorated refund of the price difference will be provided.

If you are interested in a private, standalone hangar, please contact the Facility Operator to be placed on a waitlist for future openings or new developments.

Winter static storage is currently unavailable.

For reference, 2025 rates were $250/month + tax for aircraft static storage, and $20 per linear foot for boats and RVs (excluding trailers). All storage fees are subject to tax and must be paid in full for the 5-month season (November 1 to March 31). Please note that mid-season start dates are not eligible for prorated rates.

Our 2 West hangars start at $900/month + tax.
These units are currently fully leased. Additionally, all larger airport-owned hangars on the east side are also fully occupied.
