HANGAR SPACE FOR RENT

Benefits Include:
Our hangars offer a range of features designed for convenience and value. Exterior maintenance including grass cutting and snow removal (within 1 metre of the door) is provided, along with exterior lighting. Building insurance (excluding contents) and property taxes are included in your fixed monthly lease. Each unit features individual space separated by metal cladding, 40-amp electrical service with three outlets, and four LED ceiling light fixtures. Tenants are permitted to store reasonable tools and complete “kit builds” within the hangar. One external parking space is also included.
- Fuel discounts are available based on lease term, starting at:
- 1 cent per litre per year of commitment (e.g., a 5-year term equals 5 cents per litre), up to a maximum of 10 cents per litre.
- Discounts apply to a maximum of 400 litres per month (no carryover) and are issued as a fuel credit at the end of the lease term.
- Fuel must be used for the aircraft stored in the hangar.
Lessee Responsibilities:
Tenants are responsible for their electrical usage. No additional vehicles are permitted inside the hangar. Tenants must also carry a minimum of $2,000,000 in liability and property damage insurance, naming the Niagara Central Airport Commission as an additional insured.
LAND LEASES-COMMERCIAL
We are accepting applications for aviation related commercial use leases for Hangars or Land.
LAND LEASES-PRIVATE
At this time, we are not offering land leases for private hangars.
